The Quayside Business Incubator and Development Centre is operated by Newcastle City Council to assist new and existing businesses to develop and grow.
The Business Centre operates in a building which was formerly the Ouseburn School but now provides a total of 50 offices available to business start-ups and expanding companies.
Quayside Business Development Centre is situated in a prime location, close to the East Quayside Developments, one mile east of the City Centre.
With adequate car parking (both on and off site) the location is ideal.
This prestigious Centre has central reception, secretarial and administration facilities that include switchboard, telephone answering service and broadband internet access is available for all businesses.
The Centre has meeting room facilities available for hire including buffet/refreshments on request.
The Centre lies in the heart of the Ouseburn Regeneration area - a vibrant area with lots of recent developments.
It is close to the "Stable's" project and the "Centre for Children's Books" both of which are award winning projects.
Views of the Millennium and Tyne Bridges can be seen from offices located on the west side of the Quayside Business Development Centre
